I went from homeless looking, to sexy in 30 minutes. Such nice people. True blue people who wont tell a lie. I was quoted $20, but after donating 5 bundles to locks of love. I was told no charge. 10/10 definitely recommend
Melanie is a gifted artist. She knows exactly what I like and I am always very happy with the results. Her salon is run professionally and is always very clean. OBX Hair Salon is the best in the area
